Last Christmas, I received a Christmas gift, a bread maker from my sister. Since I do not have much experience in baking, I seldom use the bread machine. I just do not have much time also to spare because I am very busy with my work that I do not really have the time to cook or bake. What I usually do is I just buy ready foods which is just easy for me to eat. When I went to my sister’s house she asked me if I am using the bread maker that she gave. I told her that, not much because I do not really have the time. Suddenly, my sister gave me a cookbook. She said that I should try the recipes in it so that I could use the bread machine that she gave me. When I went home I just put the book beside the bread maker and just stayed there untouched.

Last week my sister told me that they are going to spend their weekend in my pad and requested me to bake and serve them some homemade bread and told me that I could use some of the recipes from the cookbook she gave me. When I went home Thursday night, I look for that cookbook that my sister gave me and read it. I realized that it is a bread machine recipe because it includes the functions of the bread machine and clear instructions on how to use it the well. As I continue scanning it, it includes assortment of nutritious recipe breads like sourdough, pizza crusts, blue scotch, cinnamon-raisin bagels, Irish soda bread and many more delightful bread recipes. I selected two recipes from this bread machine recipe and bought the ingredients that I am going to need.

Saturday morning I waked up very early to prepare all the things that I need to do in baking my home made bread. Because of the clear information I have learned from this bread machine recipe including on how to operate the machine, it was very easy for me to do it. Finally, when my sister arrived together with her kids, it was very timely that I just finished baking the scrumptious, mouth watering bread. And they were sniffing the aromatic fragrance that still fills my kitchen. We were all happy eating the delicious I baked for them!
